Retained Search for Critical Technical Talent

With over 30 years in recruiting, I specialize in retained search for critical, hard-to-fill technical roles.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with leadership teams to secure high-impact talent in roles where depth, precision, and judgment matter. These are not volume hires. They are strategic hires, the kind that strengthen teams, close capability gaps, and influence long-term performance.


In addition to three decades of recruiting experience, I bring an engineering background and a master’s in Engineering Leadership. That combination allows me to engage technical stakeholders with fluency and credibility while maintaining the structured rigor required for successful search execution.


Technical hiring at a high level requires more than matching qualifications to a job description. It requires understanding tradeoffs, maturity of thinking, systems impact, and execution capability. My work is grounded in disciplined evaluation, careful calibration with stakeholders, and a deliberate, high-touch approach to market engagement.


I run a limited number of retained searches at a time to ensure depth, discretion, and focus. Each engagement is structured, intentional, and aligned to the specific technical realities of the role.

I do not run C-suite searches. My focus is exclusively on high-level technical talent where precision and experience make a measurable difference.
